Cancer Bioinformatician in Gynaecological cancers with specialities in the following areas:
Computational-omics: Development and execution of both customised and automated data analysis pipelines for various flavours of omics data such as genomics, transcriptomics, epigenomics etc for multiple in-house and collaborative projects.
Data Integration and Statistical Analysis: Development and implementation of data integration techniques to overlap omics data variables, dimensionality reduction, plots and graph generation, and statistical analyses from basic t-tests to logistic regression, random forests, decision trees etc.
Data Mining and Validation: Vast experience with publicly available datasets from relevant domains such as PCAWG, TCGA, 1000 Genomes, CCLE, EGA, COSMIC, cBioPortal, PanCaner Atlas, PCAWG etc.
Collaboration and Scientific Writing: Experience of working in interdisciplinary teams ocomprising esteemed clinicians, excellent laboratory scientists, and academics. Contribution towards journal manuscripts, scientific reports, and grants.
